Silver Lake® Sink Limited Lifetime Warranty

Silver Lake takes pride and stands behind our products and are committed to our Customer’s
100% satisfaction. We go above and beyond for our trade partners, maintaining our values of
trust, quality and style.

Stainless Steel Sinks*:

• Silver Lake warrants our Stainless-Steel sinks to be free of defects in material and
manufacturing during normal residential use for as long as the consumer purchaser
owns their home. Scratches, stains, and acid/alkaline etching of the finish over time due
to use, cleaning practices, water or atmospheric conditions are not manufacturing
defects but are suggestive of normal wear and tear.
• If a defect is in fact found in normal residential use, Silver Lake will, at its discretion,
replace sink in question. Improper maintenance voids warranty. Proof of purchase
(original receipt) must be provided.
• Silver Lake is not responsible for labor charges, installation, plumbing, or other
incidental/consequential costs.

Porcelain Sinks*:

• Silver Lake warrants our porcelain sinks to be free of defects in material and
manufacturing during normal residential use for as long as the consumer purchaser
owns their home.
• If a defect is in fact found in normal residential use, Silver Lake will, at its discretion,
replace sink in question. Improper maintenance voids warranty. Proof of purchase
(original receipt) must be provided.
• Silver Lake is not responsible for labor charges, installation, plumbing, or other
incidental/consequential costs.

How to file a claim*:

• Please send all claim inquires to contact@silverlakesinks.com
• Provide ; proof of purchase; model number; product color if applicable; a description of
the product issue; supporting pictures.
• Please allow 3 – 5 business days for a representative to go over all information being
submitted.

*Silver Lake reserves the right to examine the product in question & its installation prior to
replacement. Warranty does not cover shipping, labor, or any other charges.
